I have read that venus in own sign (taurus) in own house (7th) gives early marriage! but why is it not happening in my case?? is it because of jupiter sitting with it? please analyze!

1) seventh house sthira rashi
2) Venus and Jupiter in sthira rashi
3) Saturn in the second house
4) Jupiter has Saturn and Mars placed in its signs
5) Moon alone in the twelfth house with Mars aspect
6) Seventh house from Sun surrounded by Saturn/Rahu
Placement wise Venus and Jupiter both are good at the first sight.
It depends on how thorough you want to be. There could be more combinations.

thank you archit and ChandaLagna.. and no never been close to getting married in2013. Astrologers tell my mother that chances are after november 2014 regarding marriage! Any idea if it would be love or arranged!??
