Dear members,
Good day to one and all.
In my current organization,(working here for almost 9 months now), I am into Sales/Business Development for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services. It seems now, that the focus is going to move to BFSI outsourcing services. How is this going to work out ?
In addition to the above, there is good a chance of me getting into another company (for Finance & Accounting outsourcing) that is 20-30 times the size of my current company.I have given and mostly cleared the 1st round of interview. But after giving the first round, I don't feel that I should go ahead with this opportunity, as I feel that the challenges which I was facing in my current organization (although they seem to have disappeared momentarily ), I would be facing in the new company again ? Would it be wise to leave this opportunity and continue with my current job ?
Plz advise.

Hi Anuradha,
Many Thanks for your response.
Technically, I got to know of this opportunity(from my previous Mgr who has also joined the company that I am interviewing at) on 19th Jun, 2014.I delayed the action from my end as I was up for an appraisal.
The first round of interview was conducted on 17th July, 2014.I have been asked to make some changes in my CV(add some things/achievements which are not true) and send it back.
The reason that I am looking for a change is because of a dischord between myself and my immediate reporting person, and I feel the same thing is going to come up there in the new company that I am interviewing at.
Please advise whether if I should go ahead with the process.
Thanks & Regards,
mm82100

Presently you are not facing such problem but you may have the difference of opinion with your boss after first week of November 2014.Re: Job Change possible, BUT is it Advisable ?

Dear Anuradhaji,
Many Thanks for your response.
But, will I face the same challenges that I did in my previous organization ?

Dear Anuradhaji,
Many Thanks for your response.
I am assuming this difference of opinion is going to be because of Saturn's transit into Scorpio. Will this difference of opinion be there throughout the transit ? Will I have to leave this job /be fired b'coz of that ?
Also, would Finance & Accounting/BFSI Business Development/Sales be suitable for me ? How about if I ever have to move to IT Business Development/Sales ? Will it be suitable for me ?
