What is your opinion on 'the Dhan yoga will give its result only during periods of the planets involved'

Lagna lord (Mercury) and 2nd lord (Moon) in 11th house.

5th lord (Venus) and 9th lord(Saturn) aspecting each other but are lord of dusthana houses & in 12-6 from lagna.

11th lord(Mars) aspects lagna & second house.

yes it will show the dhan yoga effect .. and btw saturn and venus are ruling the 9th and 5th first since they are the moola trikona signs..
