Transitive property in aspects?

Hello,
I had a general question regarding aspects. If a functional malefic planet is aspecting a functional benefic, which in turn aspects three other planets, does the malefic effect of the first planet end up affecting the three planets?

To give an example:
These are my birth details:
Aug 10th, 1996
9:54 A.M.
Patna, Bihar, India

Saturn is aspecting Jupiter, which in turn is aspecting Moon, Mars, and Venus.

Also, is Jupiter aspecting/affecting Saturn as well due to Saturn being in Pisces?
