I will cite example of Lord Ram's horoscope witg Lagna Cancer, Punarvasu Chandra, exalted Guru.
Forget Ketu and Chandra, consider Guru in 4tg H and Guru in cancer.

Per Nadi principles
Guru from that house aspect 6th and 10th H and their significations of house heavily affected.
10th H means, 2nd House from Lagna
which means Happy from family, addition of family member viz progeny, etc these all will be affected.
6th H means enemies, diseases, loans etc.. etc these all be eighth house affais... these will affect children.
