With the given data the Lagna is coming to be Libra at 00-42
Just 4 min before, the lagna is changing to Virgo.
Since it is night birth, there are very likely chances that time may be mis-read.
My advice is that plz get exact lagna of ur friend. you may request this on some other section on this forum.
Working on wrong chart is just a wastage of time.
