Hi Chaitanya ,

Your 7th house has Saturn and Mercury , 7th lord Mars is placed in 6th house with aspect of Rahu and Moon...
Mars is exalted in D - 9 aspected by Exalted Jupiter in D -9 which is positive Sign .
Saturn is also exalted in D - 9 . so 7th lord is not good position in D -1 but in D -9 it is powerful .
Jupiter is debilitated in D - 1 but in D - 9 Exalted ( thus negativity will decrease upto some level )

Saturn in 7th house generally delays marriage . and According to Moon Chart , you are Manglik as well .
so These may be the reasons behind delay ...

1. Timings of Marriage -
You are under Mo - Ra time period , though Rahu aspects 7th lord but Mars and Rahu are Enemy .
so less chance of positive events in that Period but after 05 -09-2014 you will enter Jupiter Md which will be positive time for Marriage / Engangement .
