Help Please

Hello ,
I m currently completing my MBA studies from a mediocre business school of India. i have been facing troubles in my career regarding the direction where i am going. my mind tends to fluctuate very often .
As a novice astrologer , i was studying my rashi divisional charts and trying to find out where should my career ideally be leading.
My sincere request to all experienced astrologers to help me out of this saturated situation on following points :

1. Rasi chart has an exaltd jupiter but retrograde and malefc for my asc. i have faced troubles with authority and instituition ( including a legal case ) during my undergraduate studies.

Considering this jupiter i feel the innate desire to take up Human resources but maybe the possible saturn aspect gives me hard time talking to people. alternatively, if i go ahead with a career in finance will it help or bring the same troubles ?

2. D 10 has moon venus and saturn in 10th house and atmakaraka is venus. does that signify job prospects in hotel industry ?

3. atmakrka venus has once led me try for career in fine arts/ decor industry where i fared very well but again left the career due to fluctuation of my mind. wil it be fruitful if i join this industry or start up my own business in this field ?

4. will i get a good job anytime next year ? or should i consider higher studies in finance.
