Your current dasha is Sat-Ven-Ven
MDL Sat is exlated in ur chart as well as transit, it is one for the benefic planet for the Virgo Asc.
ADL Ven is in its mool trikona sign and at present this is also in exaltation.
Ven happens to be the navamsa disositor of 10L Mer. Moreover both Sat & Jup are connectng to 10L Mer at this time. So u shd get gud results related to career in this time period.

Though Sat is debi in D-10 but it is neechbahng (due to the aspect of its dispositor Mars).

I checked from Jamini point of view too which indicates that Dec onwards u shd get gud results related to profession. This will be in the Jamini Mahadasha of Sagittarius where from AmK Mars is in 10H and MD Sagittarius is being aspected by AmK Mars.
The Vim dasha at this time will be Sat-Ven-Moon

Jamini dasha of Sagttarius contain DK Sun, so these 11 yrs will give u marriage. Now which AD shd give marriage?
ADs of Scorpio (DkN Taurus is 7th from it), Virgo (contain DK Sun), Gemini (Aspected by DK Sun) and Pisces (Aspected by DK Sun) are favourable for marriage.
So I think a better time for ur marriage will be winter 2014.

Regarding Rahu there one rule:
If Rahu is in trine aspected by lord of any kendra or vice versa, it gives Rajyoga.
In ur chart, Rahu is in 4H (though debilitated) but it is conjunct 9L Ven (most benefic planet for Virgo lagna) and 5L Sat.
Rahu is exalted in D-9 so overall resujlts shd be gud.
In Bhava chart Rahu is placed in 3H hence it may give u a lot of travels too and whatever yoga I've stated above may not fructify fully.
However no one can assume that all 18 years will be alike.
So you must watch the periods of Dec 2015 (This time Sat will transit thru 64th navamsa of Moon which gives mental tensions, worries & anxiety), AD of Jup (Sept 2016-Feb 2019) as Jup is debi and placed in Nidhanansa.

Well, if Shrikant ji says something, you shd not seek other's agreement on it.
Yes, there are some rules like if dispositor of a neech planet is in kendra then this neech is bhang.

Sat is placed with 7L (from Rahu) Mars. Sat is also aspecting 7L (Mer) from Moon, so in a way Sat is connecting 7H/L.
But July 2015 seems a gud time for ur marriage as that time Vim dasha will be Rahu-Sat-Mars
From Rahu Mars is 7H and Sat is placed with Mars.
From Jamini dasha of Scorpio-Libra: MD Scorpio is aspected by DK Ven so it shd be gud time for marriage.

Transit of any planet in Navamsa chart shd never be considered.
However if you wish to include transit in navamsa then see the degree or a transiting planet & calculate navamsa & then make prediction. But seldom anyone do that. Hence transits make sense in natal chart only.
