Dear experts...

I have got a lot of conflicting explanation while looking for significance of placement of Rahu in 9th house in context of higher education and bhagya and dharma,

Can anyone explain to me the significance of this placement ??

My birth details are as followed:
DOB: 19/04/1988
POB: Hazaribagh, Jharkhand (India)
Time: 10:35 A.M

I am in my Rahu mahadasha by the way.
