Its better to give complete birth details. Nothing in astrology can be understood in isolation.
However Ven in 12H is gud but Leo is a barren sign so that is not very favourable. Only saving grace is that here Ven is in own Nak.
D-10 is the chart of profession. Now try to evaluate it the same way as D-1 only keep in mind that u r analysing that for profession. Ex: 7H means partnerships and placement of Ven here indicates partnership with woman.

12H is considered for the bed pleasures too. Ven being the karaka of sexual life, its placement in 12H is gud.
But nothing in astrology shd be taken as absolute e.g. If Ven is there in 12H in Virgo, it will lead to problems as Ven is debi here. So none of the dictum in astrology is absolute, it need to be modified depending on other considerations too.

Hi ,
Venus dasha was good, i got recognition and fame. But it came through hard work (Saturn aspecting venus). I travelled abroad to western country during 2012 for short term during venus dasa, venus antra and sun pratyantardasa untill Mars pratyantardasa starting except under saturn pratyantardasa facing some problems through peers hoping that it gets settled during mercury pratyantardasa.
Kethu dasa was testing period espically kethu dasa and jupiter antradasa had lot of struggles with respect to my job infact there was change in my career i think its because of jupiter 6th from kethu in 5th (12th house - Loss) and atmakaraka which is in 29 degrees but that change lead me to a good career path (since jupiter is aspecting kethu i think the problems araised by kethu will end up for good). Further had some problems in my education during kethu dasa but got placed finally (thanks to jupiter aspect on kethu).

Thanks on the update- did you start seeing good results of Venus dasha right away upon entering the dasha or in the last legs of ketu dasha -
