Venus is the Yogakarka for Capricorn and Aquarius lagna..so if Rahu is placed in Venus sign (Taurus/Libra) for Aq. or capricorn lagna... is it going to behave like a yogakarka planet provided Rahu is alone in the sign ???

Yogakaraka status for Rahu-Ketu
17. "If Rahu and/or Ketu are
in Kendra,
receiving a Drishti from, or in association with
the Lord of a Kona, or of a Kendra, it will become Yoga Karaka."
