HELP ME ABOUT ISHTA DEVATA

I writte you because I need guide about bhakti. From my astrology I've been told My Ishta Devata is Lord Hanuman; also, I'm Shiva devote too.

But I worship Lord Ganesha, Lord Ram and Mother Durga, too. I usually pray mantras to all of them. But I don't know really If it is better focousing me only in a form of God (Hanuman and/or Shiva). I've read that's better.

Could you tell me something please? I don't know how to worship Lord....
