10th house, great or destroyed?

Hello, could I please receive an overview of my career, perhaps you can also use the dashas.

I use lahiri ayanamsha.

You will see what I mean by "great or destroyed" after you look at the bhava chart / 10th lord.

wats wrong with the 10th house ??? It is good. From second half of 2015, good things are bound to happen with regards to career. From 2018, turning point in career.

I have had trouble and am still not happy with career etc.
I am now running sun-jup, 6/8 from one another. sun in 10th, jup is tenth lord.
I got a job in SUN/JUP/MER
merc is in 10th house.

I think that the 10th is afflicted because it has mars's aspect as 2nd and 9th lord.
10th lord in a gandanta, exalted and retrograde, aspected by 12 and 11th lord saturn and 3rd and 8th lord venus, with ketu. In the bhava chart it is in 6th house.

There are no benefic aspects.
