With given data I got Aries lagna 11-27 and Moon is in Leo 00-11
The most striking feature is the retro Sat in 10H. This is making Shash mahapurush yoga which gives leadership of lower level (like Mayor or Municipal Counsellor).
Conjunction of Moon & Jup makes Gaj kesari yoga.
But both of these yoga are lost in Bhava chart where Jup moves to 6H and Sat moves to 11H. This means the net effect of these planets & thus formed yoga will be for very short term.
Moos in also weak coz it is in Rashi & Nak sandhi (in initial degrees on Leo).

Time ahead:
From Jamini astrology, ur current dasha is Libra-Pisces.

c) In D-9, 7L Mars is in 6H representing court cases or heated arguments.
These factors are not very strong to give extremely bad results like separation. But remember, nothing is cancelled in Astrology and every combination gives its effects.
2. 7H is not aspected by any planet. Its lord is exalted in 7H which indicates that you may get ur partner in ur work place/family/ or in travel. This combination repeats in D-9 where 10L Moon is conjunct LL Ven.
3. From Moon, 7L Ven is conjunct Ven which may give any sort of unconventionality in ur marriage. Now there are again few things happening. Moon is debi in D-1 & D-9 (I dnt believe in Vargottam status of debi planets) and aspected by Sat in both these charts. So this may give you a feeling of loneliness and detachment. At the same time, conjunction of Rahu & Ven will give you fascination for foreign partner (Here partner shd be understood in terms of person from other caste, state, language or any such type). Presence of super strong 10H and Gaj kesari yoga may actually make u give more importance to career than life partner.
4. Aspect of Sat on 7H in D-1 as well as D-9 indicates delay in marriage. Sat also aspect LL Ven in D-9.

Anyone can easily observe from your analysis of my birth chart that you have put some serious zeal and time to come up with the same. I am highly obliged that.
On the other hand, I have some observations and queries related to my topic. But Sir, please see it as a humble reply as this is coming up from my own research. I maybe not accurate but you are the best judge on this:
- you are right when you conclude that I am a loner and detached
- I quote you 'So Mer is very strong in ur chart but ironically you'll not get the dasha of Mer in this lifetime' - i guess you mean by mahadasha here. Wont mercury' s antardahs and prayantrdasha won't come up with some aid to so many interesting things in my chart
- Does my sun (less than 1 degrees) is a very weak factor in my chart?
- Does my jupiter in 9th house is badly damaged on account of combustion? I guess jupiter in 9th house is a good placement
- You are absolutely band on when you quote that I have a fascination of foreign partner. I like women who are eccentric to me, who are foreign to me in terms of culture, place, etc
- Till now, I have always given a lot of importance to my career rather than settling down (marriage). But now I am looking forward to get married. Some proposals do came up in the past during 2010-11, but things didn't work out. I am not a big fan of these arrange set up kinds of marriage
- I also have a rare yoga, Sreenatha Yog. Can you please throw some light on this, if possible?
- I have one big concern. AL & D7 in 6/8 angle show less contact with opposite sex..,but here AL is in 6/8 angle to both D7 and UL...Is it really a big unfortunate thing in my chart? Does it effects my sexual relationship with my wife? Please clear this. I may be wrong

Yes I'm talking about MD. In its AD/PD too u will get the results but MD is something in bigger timeframe hence results are visible easily.

Yes Sun is weak not only in terms of initial deg (very much away from Asc degrees) but also in vimshopak bala 7.8/20.

Jup is not weak as it is very near to the deg of Lagna. Moreover it is strongest in Vimshopak bala 18.1/20. Jup is in its own navamsa, so Jup is quite strong.

I have no idea about this yoga. Actually my main concern in astrology is Timing of events. These yogas get fructify only in the relevant timing. There are 1000+ yogas.

Plz note the true meaning of Arudh Lagna and all all pada. They do now
display the real things rather displays how people perceive it. So ur analysis may be taken as how people may perceive ur married life. Rest you decide how much weightage you'll give u other's opinions.

The next dasha is Mars (Age 61-68) who's again 5L/12L so the results of 12H may continue. Finally Rahu (Age 68-86) shd be ur final dasha.

There are some conflicting things in ur career analysis.
Career Analysis:
1. 10L Mars is in 11H (whose dispositor Ven is exalted). Mars is in own navamsa as well as dashmansha. It is aspected by 6L/9L Jup and 7L/8L Sat.
2. 10H contain exalted Sun & Rahu. Combination of Sun & Rahu is not very favourable.
3. From Moon (placed in Karakamansha), 10L Mer is debilitated (neechbhang too).
4. In D-10, LL Sun is in debi. 10L Ven is exalted but in 8H.
5. In D-9 again 8L Moon is in 10H with 9L Sun.
6. Jamini AmK Mer is debi (though neechbhang)

I've just evaluated a chart (Born in May 1985). This chart is very much similar to that in terms of profession. Here too there are connection of 10H/L with 8H/L in all charts. (In D-1 10L Ven is in 8H, In D-9 8L Jup is in 10H and in D-10 10L Sat is aspected by 8L Jup).

Plz check how his career took shape after Apr 2008. My experience is that in the dasha of planet who's debilitated in D-10, there are rarely good results regarding career. In his chart Jup is debi in 10H (though neechbhang) but here it is suffering from lordship of 8H.

You told that he went abroad last year for job hunting. Plz see from Apr 2013 onwards all PD dasha were connected with 8H (in natal chart). From Apr-Nov 2013 Ketu (Dispositor Ven is in 8H), Ven (is posited in 8H), Sun (is 8L) all were related with 8H. From Nov 2013-Jan 2014 it was Moon dasha which shd have given some good results (all dasha lords are in trine to each other), next PDL Mars is again in 8H. So now Mar 17, 2014 PDL Rahu shd give results related to career. Rahu aspect 10H and in D-10 it is aspected by 10L Sat.
But again from July 2014-Nov 2014 it'll be PD lordship of Jup which can give troubles.

From Mar 2015 onwards, the dasha will change to Jup-Ketu which shd give good results. Rahu Ketu are known for giving transitions. So my advice will be wait for Mar 2015.

With this data I got Scorpio Lagna 20-25 and Moon in Capricorn at 09-53

I've just written my experience that in the dasha of a planet which is debi in D-10, there are very adverse results related to career.

From Aug 2013, ur AD dasha was of Mars who's debi in D-10 from from Aug 2013 onwards u shd get bad results related to career and this wil continue till Aug 2014.

From 25 Aug 2014, your Mahadasha will of of exalted Jup who'll be exalted in transit too (So at the time fo Dasha pravesh it'll be exalted, so very gud results expected. Further it is the most benefic planet for the Scorpio lagna).

Jup is conjunct an extra powerful 10L Sun (Though its weak in SAv score but being on the same degrees of Lagna, it is very powerful) and in D-9 Jup aspects 10H. In D-10 iit is placed in friendly sign. So it is potent to give u results related to career.

Corresponding Jamini dasha will be Aquarius-Taurus
Taurus (Aug 2014-Feb 2015) is aspected by AmK Sun, PK Mer, MK Ven and DK Mars. This shd be a gud time for ur career.
Likewise AD of Cancer (Aug 2015-Feb 2016) contain AmK Sun, PK Mer, MK Ven and DK Mars. So this shd be again be a gud time for ur career.

Analysis for the kids:
1. From Lagna (Also from Moon) 5H contain 3 retro malefic planets (even more malefic). The saving grace is Jup but here it is acting as 12L too. There is an exchange between 5L Sun & 12L Jup. Further 5H is aspected by 6L Mer.
So all possible damage.
2. From Karakamansha this combination is repeated. 5H contain 6L Ven and 8L Moon but again it is aspected by Jup.
3. In D-7, natal 5L Sun is debi. But here 5L Mer is posited in Lagna and LL Ven is in 4H.
4. Jamini PK Mer is super strong in SAV (score 7/34) and ok in Shadbala.

So overall though there seems to be problems but there are positive indicators too.

The current dasha is Rahu-Sat
Both are posited in 5H and hence can give results of kids.
But as of now double transit of Sat & Jup are not connecting to 5H/L.
One more thing u shd get the results when both Jup & Sat are retro.
Both these things happen in Mar-Apr 2015 when Sat from Scopio in retro motion will aspect your 5H and Jup from Cancer in retro motion will aspect 5L Sun. The PD at this time will be Ven who's Lagna of D-7 (Also posited in 5H from Karakamansha).

I feel the solution is not in the medical field but in acceptance and asking for the forgiveness. First you must accept that this is coz of some of ur past lives karma, of course which you do not remember; but there is no anomaly in HIS mathemetics of karmic law. Now you've to take some remedial measures. The first is to serve. Serve the kids who need your support. Feed them, give them clothes. I shall also ask you to recite Santaan Gopal mantra on daily basis irrespective of whatever medical interventions you take (keep working on that too). Recite this on daily basis without break and have faith that you'll get the results. Timing of the events are decided by him not by us.
