Combination for learning multiple Languages

Hello

I would like to know combination / yogas to look in chart for learning multiple languages.
Also since English is now a days so very common, is this counted as a foreign language?

what would be the combination for learning new languages:-

(1) As a profession. say translator etc
(2) Just Know how like most of indian especially South Indian know multiple language say
Sanskrit/ Hindi / English/ Tamil/ Kannada/ Tullu
Or
Hindi/ English / Urdu/ Sanskrit
Hindi/ English / Puunjabi

(3)Knowledge of Foreign language like german/ spanish / french etc.

Hello Anjum

As the saying goes: One has Mercury in the tongue.
I would say that a strong Mercury in the 9H with dispositor well placed gives this ability to learn foreign
languages easily. This is primarily important apart from other strengths in the chart.
