Place :- San jose(California)
Time :- 21:45 (9:45)Pacific time.
1)Please suggest us if there is any shanti puja/homam/remedy that needs to be done due to his chart. I'm getting Magha Nakshatra,correct me i'm wrong.
2)My cousin stays in USA, those guys have some rules that they have to name their child immediately after the birth and so he named his son as 'Viraat Krishna Boinpalli'. Kindly suggest us if according to the chart, the child's name must be started with some other letter. We will try to change the name if its necessary.

May be my settings in JHora are wrong, lagna was changing in 10mins window. Anyways, kindly tell me what all information is necessary to come to a proper conclusion on the child's lagna.
