There are a big chances to buy property in 2014!
You run Dasha Saturn, which is in the 4th House of Asc.
Transit Saturn goes into Scorpio, ( 4th house from Dasha Saturn ) and Saturn aspects 4th House from the Moon. Jupiter goes into Cancer and aspects 4 House from the Moon
Karaka planet Mars, real estate, transiting Capricorn around 1 December 2014.

I agree that you can travel abroad for work.
As I wrote in the previous post, Saturn transits 4th house from Dasha Saturn in Scorpio, = 7th house from Asc. and aspects 9th house.
Transit Saturn aspects 9th + 10th Lord Saturn.
Jupiter transits Cancer 12th house from Dasha Saturn = 3th house from Asc. and aspects 7th and 9th house. At last trigger transiting Mars 9th house about 1 December 2014.
It can also mean purchase of property, - relocation is certainly shown
