Jupiter is in 6H in Pisces & creating VRY & debiliated in navamsa so it is weak & will not able to harm you much. But basic significations of Jupiter may suffer like wealth, travels etc. I would say coming dasha would be above average.
As chandaal yoga in 6H is present in chart, one of the planetary dasha either Rahu or Jupiter would be spoilt. If you are experiencing Rahu dasha as bad one then certainly Jupiter dasha will bring auspicious results or viceversa.

I think neechbhanga yog occurs when a debiliated is situated with its friendly exalted planet or if a debiliated planet is in kendra to Moon.
Lagna is more prominent than Moon in your case coz LL is exalted while Moon is weakly disposed in 12H causing troubles in working atmosphere.

Your 6H is strong occupied by its lord & Lagna lord shows that you are little inexpensive, health conscious,& doesn't like to get into litigations.
Kalatrakaraka Venus is exalted & vargottma will give auspicious results regarding partners, It is good sign that Mars(7L) is in its detrimental sign(Taurus) hence weak, will not effect marriage life badly.
One negative point is placement of Sun in 7H in both natal & D-9. Sun wiz badhaka planet will coz some hindrances in marriage. Overall married life will be average. Exalted Sun in 7H means spouse belong from political & reputed family.

Please don't take this in a negative way, i am trying to learn astrology, so only asking these questions.
As per what i read was planets in 6th, 8th and 12th house will always cause difficulties and reduced results regarding other planets placed there and its lordship.
7th lord Mars is in 8th house and that too > 29 degrees making 7th house very weak. Kalathra karaka venus in 6th house with Rahu again afflicted.
How you are saying that venus will give good results regarding partner.??

Yes, 6,8,12 houses are deemed as bad houses, But there are some rules according to maharishi parashara that:- lord of 6H placed in 6H itself ,8H or 12H causes a Rajayoga termed as Vipareeta rajyoga. during bad times a native suddenly gets power, energy to fight against opposite situations & become a king this is the fructification of this yoga.This yoga exist in your case.As per what i read was planets in 6th, 8th and 12th house will always cause difficulties and reduced results regarding other planets placed there and its lordship.
Venus exalted but placed in its marana karakasthana is bad for self(as lagnesha) but conjunction with Jupiter & being vargottma(same rashi in both D-1,D9) is good for basic significations of shukra(relations with partners). Affliction of Venus due to Rahu is problematic for self(as lagnesha).

For libras Mars rules 7H & 2H, Mars doesn't like basic significations of these two houses like maintaining harmony, creating money, speaking softly etc. so for these natives Mars should be weak for better marriage. Sun is 2nd rate malefic planet for chart being 11L & exalted is good for friends,groups, network & income but dasha/antara of Sun will be full of obstacles.
