This phase generally gives mental tensions & problems but remember nothing long term harm will happen.
Its just fears and tensions.

The close proximity of Ven and Moon (both aspect LL Jup), Ven posited in 10H of D-9 & D-10, justifies ur question.
The native must be engrossed with Ven's characteristics.
However there are other influences on career too:
1. 10L Mer is placed in navamsa of Sun, hence Sun related career may be there.
2. 10L Mer is conjunct 9L Sun making one of the greatest Dharam Karam Adhipati rajyoga (again influence of Sun). In D-10 there is an exchange of 9L Ven & 10L Mars. Mars denotes administration.

Neeraj ji Thanks for the reply but i have aproblem related to my D9.My amk is saturn in my chrt,sun is amtya karaka .My birth place latitude longitude is having 3 different coordinates on software..I have parashala light and jagannath hora..so on one of the coordinates my lagna doesnt change but my d9 ascendent is changed the other coordinates nothing is changed..But what i found is on one latitude longitude the d9 chart ascenedet is changed which shows venus in 10 th house..But the ascendent is placed near saturn mars houde in other coordinates..so can you analyse the two?

If you take the coordinates 80E51'00 LONGITUDE 16N12'00 LATITUDE the lagna in my d9 changes to jupiter which is in TAURUS ..but when you take 83E54'00LONGITUDE 18N18'00 LATITUDE my ascendent is showing in GEMINI where saturn mars is placed..Can you tell me which coordinates you used? Thankyou

With given details I got Sagittarius Lagna 27-08 (Ketu in it at 20-04) and Moon is in Libra 15-52.
Analysis for the Progeny:
There are mild indications for the problems but no where I cud see denial.
1. 6L Ven in 5H is one problem and aspect of 8L Moon the second. But the aspect of Jup (Also LL) is able to mitigate both of them. Moreover aspect of 5L Mars on 5H is strengthening it.
2. From Moon (as well as karaka Jup) again 6L Jup aspect 5H and 5L Sat is in 12H with malefic Mars.
3. From Arudh Lagna Leo, 5H is on Rahu Ketu axis and 5L Jup is with 12L Moon. Mars aspect on 5H (desspite the fact that it is YK) is not gud.
4. From Karakamansha Cancer, 5L Mars is with 8L Sat and 5H is aspected by 8L Sat & 12L Mer.
5. In D-9, again 5H is on Rahu Ketu axis and it is aspected by Sat from 8H, but again there is protective aspect of Jup. 5L Mars is safe in 4H.
6. In D-7, 5L Ven is in Lagna and LL Mer is in 9H. Again 5H is on Rahu Ketu axis and 8L Sat aspect 5H.

I've repeatedly written in my articles that the any association of 8L on 5H is not gud for progeny & the situation is more complicated when Sat or Mars is 8L.

In ur chart, there are 2 patterns repeating: aspect of 8L on 5H which gives multiple abortions/failed pregnancy (for unknown reasons) and Rahu Ketu axis on 5H, which denotes some bad karmas /sins from past lives.

But the repeated aspect of Jup indicates that in this very lifetime u can have kids, but for that you need to do some sadhna. You need to recite Santaan Gopal mantra on daily basis. Remember only u need to so it, nou any outsourcing. (Plz refer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Om5ZVV7Qog). Also feed fishes, ants (to appease Rahu). Pray daily to ur Ishta devta and have faith that this time will also pass. If your faith is intense and unshakable then whatever anyone says, you'll get the kid.

The native is a divine soul. All trine are occupied by natural benefics only. LL Jup is exalted in 8H and it aspect exalted Ketu in 12H. See how strong moksha trikona (4H, 8H, 12H) are as all are connected by Jup.

Yes you've combinations for the govt job.
For a typical govt job, 10H/L must be connected with Sun.
In ur chart, Sun is aspecting 10H from Sun. Also 10L from Moon is Mer who's in the nak of Sun.
Then Sun is in 10H in D-9 & D-10.
From Lagna, 10L Mars is exalted and it aspect 10H, which refers to the fulfilment of Ruchak Mahaourush yoga thru some high powered administration job.

Navamsa dispositor of 10L has max say in the choice of career. Here ur 10L Mars is in the navamsa of Mer (also conjunct Mer in D-1 and in mutual aspect in D-10). Careers given by Mer are trading, commerce, writing, accounting etc. So ur career must be connected to any one fo them.

Timing of job:

Yes there are some unwanted combinations in ur chart as regard marriage is concerned:
1. From Lagna (Also Karakamansha) 7L Sun is debilitated and in rashi sandhi. It is also conjunct with Sat in very close degrees. Some scholars may call it neech bhang but I disagree coz of almost no power of Sun (it is debi in D-1 & D-9 and also on zero degrees)
2. Then Moon is also in this conjunction (within 5 min of Sun).
3. Karaka for marriage Ven is debilitated. In fact moving towards its deep debilitation point.
4. In Navamsa Moon is debilitated in 7H and both LL Ven & 7L Mars are on Rahu Ketu axis.
5. Jamini dara karaka Sun is debilitated.

While so much is happening in ur chart, the energies are directed towards career as you've Ruchak Mahaourush yoga (Mars in own sign in 10H). So the indication of the nature is towards ur career. But here too, there are some conflicting results. Jamini AmK Ven is debi. Now either this indicates some sort of dissatisfaction towards ur career or some problems by female(s) towards the same.
