Dear Neeraj Ji

One more thing, we had discussed this in an earlier post. In my current kantak shani dasha, not only am I immersed in debts (aspect on 6th house) but there has been an incidence of separation of kith and kin,i.e. I had to under immense pressuring circumstances abandon my parents and am staying separately with my wife and child. I have to admit that there are problems/mistakes from my end,but the crux is the usual story of clashes between one's wife and parents. Now there is no talking terms between my wife and parents as they appear to have become arch rivals and I am the sandwiched pestered one.

My wife (DOB:31 July 1983, TOB: 10:58 PM and POB: Kolkata) had consulted a renowned astrologer of Kolkata who had said that from your husband's horoscope, it appears that father is enemy to son. I am not sure as to what combinations suggests the same. One other astrologer said to my wife that we shall get divorced pretty soon.

Over and above,is there any chance that I might have to face troubles in the litigation, in which I have been wrongfully alleged with deliberate intentions to cause harassment to me? Or is there any chance of reconciliation?

Therefore, it would be of great relief to me to hear from you on the actual(s),i.e. will the separation between my parents and wife last forever and I can never return to my own home?

Further,is the divorce thing probable or was it a wrong interpretation? Can I also request you to look into my wife's horoscope and let me have your open views from a holistic point of view.

First of all regrets if previous post was unanswered.
There are many things happening in ur chart:
1. Mars got neechbhang as its aspected by its dispositor Moon. But even otherwise Mars is quite strong in its bala as well as SAV scores.
2. Sat is placed permanently in 64th navamsa of Mars, thus preventing its fullest results.
3. You're presently in the Sat's 10th place dhaiyya where Sat is almost on the deg of Moon (transit-wise) thus giving u worries about expenditures (Sat aspect 12H from Moon), domestic unhappiness (Sat aspect 4H from Moon) and marital relations (Sat aspect 7H from Moon). Though you've not mentioned by there are indications of presence of someone from opposite sex in this scene (I'll come to it later).
4. Present dasha lords Rahu Ketu are transiting over natal Rahu Ketu which is always problematic. Perhaps it is one of the teenage characteristics as at the age of 18 Rahu transits over natal Rahu, thus adding fuel to the already a vulnerable age.
5. Aspect of 8L Sat on 5H must give u some break in education.
6. If Lagna is in a Chara (moveable) sign and several planets also in Chara (moveable) signs then the effects of Rajju yoga can be felt.
The person tends to become ambitious and moves from place to place in search of name, fame and fortune, there is liking of travel, ability to take quick decision and a greater adaptability. He is intellectually 'mobile' and has an open mind. However this is an indication on an ever changing nature, indecisiveness, a fickle mind, untrustworthiness and inability to persist with one thing. The person undergoes continuous struggle and generally does not succeed in building many fixed assets.

on ur profession, there are high influences of Mars & Ven.
See Mars is natal 10L but Ven is 10L from Moon.
Mars aspect Mer in exact deg (Mars also aspect Mer in D-( & D-10), which signifies trading. Conjunction of Ven, Rahu & Jup may give trading in various items as per their significations.
AmK Ven is again influences by Mars, Mer, Jup Rahu.
10L Mars is posited in Cancer sign, a watery sign. Mars in watery sign and aspected by Moon may give trading in medicines too.
The problem is that there are multiple influences on ur career as 10H is aspected by Ven, Mer, Rahu & Jup.
So at different age you may be doing different things.

For competition, dasha of 3L & 6L are good.
In June 2014 you'll get dasha of Rahu-Ven

1. 9L Mer is in own house but being retro it is going against its highest exaltation point, hence not gud. In Bhava chart 9L Mer is in 8H which indicates no help from father (I wont called it enmity)
2. Karaka for father Sun is in own sign and in friendly navamsa, gud enough.

The litigation I am a part of is actually not mine.

My father-in-law are 6 brothers. The 3rd brother is very wicked and his wife and daughter apparently practices abhichara and they are like outcasts in the family. However in April 2013, one day upon the insistence of one of younger sister in laws in the family, the elder sister in law who is my mother in law had gone to speak. Rather than speaking, the wife and daughter of the said wicked brother physically abused her. Me and my wife had gone to reconcile when the daughter again physically abused my wife in front of me. Myself knowing the law of the land, immediately took my wife to the PS and lodged a complaint. To our astonishment, after 3-5 Hours, the wicked brother's wife and daughter had gone to the same PS and complained against all three of us i.e. my mother in law, my wife and myself (accusing me of sexual assault). The incident happened on April 27,2013. That was the litigation, I was speaking about and wanted to know any probable outcome.

Other than that will the current problems between my wife and my parents ever resolve?

That would mean (correct me if I am wrong) Mercury is the sixth lord. Mercury Dasha as per Parashara System is over. What is the left are the ADs and PDs. However, in Jamini Chara Dasha, I am currently running Libra Mahadasha and Virgo AD will start from 5/1/2014 till 5/11/2014. Virgo Lord is Mercury and is the GK signifying strifes, accidents and struggles. I have to be cautious at that point of time. Therefore during this period I may have to face problems. Thereafter there is Libra AD.

From 5/9/2015 there is Virgo MD and Mercury is GK. Therefore the entire 12 years ending in 2027 I have to be cautious.

It also appears that no other planet has aspects on the 9th House. So how do I conclude the eventuality?

Working on wrong chart is like shooting in dark. I refrain doing that.
By taking TOB 15:34 lagna chances to Virgo. I feel u shd have Virgo Asc (Capricorn navamsa) coz the 1st marriage is better connected with that.
Plz give some details of ur education and foreign visit, other major life events. First I shd be sure of ur TOB, only then I will be able to reply.

Thank you Dr Neeraj ji. I completed my MBA in 1998. I was a very good student till my 10th standard in 1991. But from then onwards I was a mediocre student. I could not concentrate of studies well. So my studies went mediocre only. Though I had the potential I could not get into professional courses and did my BSc followed by MBA. My first job was in 1998 as lecturer in the same college that I studied.
My first marriage was love marriage and I met him in Dec 1998. There were lot of issues to convince my parents but finally they agreed and I got married in Nov 1999. He was a very high tempered person and the first time I went abroad was in 2000. I left my first job in 2001. We had lot of problems with his temper being uncontrollable and in May 2001 we started living separately since he was involved in some legal issues also and so he was put in jail for almost 1 year. I got my second job in June 2002 in a place away from my parents. We filed for divorce in April 2003 and finally got the divorce in Nov 2003. I got lot of opportunities to do PhD in 2002 and 2003 but could not take them up because of various reasons.
My second marriage was an arranged one and it got arranged in Jan 2006. He was from US and we got married in Aug 2006. He left for US within a week and never came back. I left my second job in July 2006. I tried for US visa in July 2006 as a student but it was rejected. I was without job for more than a year and again got a job in Dec 2007. By that time it was almost decided that the marriage should be ended since his mental problem cannot be ever solved. There were lot of discussions and issues that had to be resolved before filing for divorce and finally we filed for divorce second time in June 2009 and got the decree in Jan 2010.
I changed my job again in September 2010 and joined a very big company in Dec 2010 with a very high salary. I went to a few countries near India on my work in 2011 and 2012.
I met my third husband online in August 2009 and we kept talking over phone for the next 3 years before we got married in Dec 2012 and came to US first time in Dec 2012. He sent me back in Jan 2013 and I took my student visa in July 2013 and came to US to join an Ivy league University in August 2013.
These are the major life events in my life.
