my brother's date of birth is 19th november 1969, time is 19.15 at longitude 81.45 east, latitude 16.48 north. He got married on 28th february 2008. The marriage went to court on april 2008. till now every month my brother is going to court but he did not get divorce.
His birth chart has venus and jupiter in 5th house, and in narayana chalit chart venus is in 6th house with sun and mercury and in navasma chart venus is in 6th house in exalted. My astrology told that in rahu dasa he will get divorce, but no. I think no body in the world will have like this marriage just 3 days the girl is in our house and went back to her mother house and she put a number of illegal cases and she is demanding money to give divorce. she will not come to court. after nearly 4.5 years of battle one case was own by my brother in this august 2012 the remaining cases are still going on. can anyone please suggest when my brother will get divorce and remarry again.

My date of birth is 19 november 1969. I married on 28th feb 2008. the girl is not a good character. I asked about the character of the girl and immediately they filed a case against me in the court. I had a good job well educated and respected family. my first marriage lasted about exactly 7 days, I did not had any marital life with that girl just married. From april 10, 2008 every month I and my family attaining to court atleast 6 times a month but till now i did not get divorce. the girls side put cases on me and they are not attending properly to the court but I am attending regularly to the court. Can you please tell me when I will get divorce.
@vasuumaprasad;In ur earlier post in Nov2012 u said ur brother didn't get divorce.But in this new post u r telling
that u r n't getting divorce.The birth details remain the same.Are u twins? our sages&rishis say one must
open out his sorrow without hiding even to a beggar/stranger so as to get some solace by way of relieving the
mental burden. This is a divine science forum .For god's sake pl. state facts/problems as they are.
By the way prashna astrology cannot help u if u hide the identity as lagna will be different for different relations.
