Been trying to go to USA from past 3 years still yet to taste success. Recently gave exam and got a low score in it. I am considering to re-take it by end of November.Is foreign education and job there in my chart or i am out of my interest and stubbornness wasting my time making futile efforts. I know Luck never favors me anytime so i hardly depends on it but despite of dedicated prep. for almost a month and no contact with outer world i still faced a mishap. I would be extremely grateful if any learned member may pls kindly go through my chart and do the needful.Also i am getting a low ranked university whereas i wish to get amongst decent ranked universities.

You can go foreign for Job....but education is not that easy ....Can u tell some thing abt Ur father... It will help in analysis of chart
Sir, My father is in State Government Service, i am getting universities at this score due to my overall profile but still not getting the ones i wanted. It will be of great help if u could shed some light on my query. Should i retake exam in November-December or i accept what i am getting coz on all mock tests i was getting superb score but on exam day series of fiasco happened and i just screwed my exam. Will i be able to have a descent career with wealth or i will continue to be a failure.
