Sat in 7H from lagna indicate delay in marriage.
From Moon, 7L contain Ketu and 7L Ven is exalted in 12H from Moon. This may give any osrt of unconventionality in marriage. It may be Intercast/Inter-religion/inter-state or marriage ceremony other than the one that is followed in ur community.
Karaka for marriage Ven, though exalted by coz of retro motion is going back from its highest point of exaltation. Likewise by retro motion Moon is again going back towards its deep debi point of 15 deg.
Presence of 2 malefics in 12H is an indication of loss of bed pleasures. Presence of Moon here may give bad dreams to the native.

Last year, you checked my horoscope and then mentioned that I would get a promotion in august 2012 and then I got it that time.

Now, things moving pretty fast at my work place. Now, I have been responsible for most of the work. I am not sure whether it is good or bad as I am working 80hrs/week with the same job title as before, but with more responsibilities.

Can you please check my horoscope again and let me know if there are any chances of promotion or losing the job or changing the job.

As I am not able to work for 80hrs/week and also facing many issues with my manager, I am trying to look in the same company but different group. I am planning to look outside also.

There are mixed results regarding career.
First lets take gud ones:
In D-10, the exchange between LL Mon & 4L Ven is very gud.
Then 9L Jup and 10L Mars are in mutual aspect relation. Mars aspect 9H too.
Any connection of trine is very gud. Here 9L Jup aspect 5L Mars as well as LL Moon. LL Moon also aspect 10H.
11L Ven in Lagna is a gud dhan yoga too.
Though connection of 8L Sat with 10L Mars is a concern.
So overall D-10 is very strong.

From Arudh lagna Capricorn,
Lagna got aspected by LL Sat. 9L Mer is conjunct 10L exalted Ven, making a strong Dharam Karam Adhipati rajyoga.
10H got aspected by 4L Mars (also 11L), 7L Moon.

In D-1, LL Sat is in 7H and by retro motion going towards its deep exaltation sign, so it is powerful.

Now the not so gud ones:
I've written in my posts on Jamini astrology that whatever planet is debi, its Jamini significations looses. Here AmK Mer is debi and this will give him some dissatisfaction on the account of his career.

From Moon, 10L Sat in 8H is a concern. 10L from Moon contain JUp which makes Gaj kesari yoga. JUp got neechbhang, also it is very strong in SAV score 7/37.

Since all combinations are gud, he'll have ok career but afflictions from Moon denotes that he wont be satisfied by it.

Jamini dasha: Aqua-Virgo from Mar 2014
Since Virgo is aspected by AmK Mer, it shd be a gud time for his career.

Leo is aspected by PK Mer, so primarily its time for you to have results related to kids, education.

Now the AD of Aquarius contain GK JUp which will give you problems from enemies and competitors (GK gives results of 6H).

Sun's connection with 10H/L gives chances for govy job. You got many combinations for Govt job;
1. From Moon, 9L Mars is in 10H and get aspected by Sun.
2. From Arudh lagna Aquarius, 10H contain Sun.
3. In Bhava chart, 10H Mer moves to 12H thus connecting to Sun.

Any connection of 10H/L with 8H/L gives break in sevrice. In D-10, LL/10L Mer is in 8H and 8L Mars aspect Lagna as well as 10H. Besides you got Shakat yoga (Jup in 12H from Moon), which will give u major ups & downs in life.

I feel u shd not start business and there're many indications of loss.

In ur chart, from lagna 10L Ven is in 8H with 8L Sun.
From Moon, 10L Mars is debi (though neechbhang) and aspected by 10L Sat.
In D-10, 8L sat aspect Lagna and 6L Mars aspect 10H.

So better not to start own work.

I feel one shd not wear stones of a debi planet.
For Mer, Lord Ganesh is worshipped and for Moon Lord Shiva is worshipped.
Its better if he pray to both of them.
