Also, there was a change in Antardasha in mid year 2013 .Venus has started for him.

I don't consider the transit of planets from the Moon for Job based predictions. I take ascendant, sun and D10 karakas.
The current transit of saturn does not bring good results, saturn afflicts sun in D10 - so any job hunt at the time when saturn is strong will be futile. The 10th lord is weak in D10 aspected by saturn, Sun is also weak in D1 and afflicted in D10.

Dear garima, I do see problems with the job, it would be a bad idea if he quits his job now because getting a new job will be very difficult for him. I don't see any long distance travel related to career.

Salaried job will be difficult to get, not impossible but difficult. If you have any other ideas in your mind - like business, politics you can try that in Russia or abroad.

Let me tell you about 9th house - it mainly represents your duties of life. When you follow your duties without questioning them you are naturally going to acquire fortune from all sources. So what are these duties
1. Following your religion or belief
2. Taking care of elders
3. Obeying parents
4. Learning higher sciences - like vedas or spiritual subjects
5. Extending family
6. Giving charity
7. Being kind
All these are represented by the 9th house, when you avoid one of these for instance you are going to meet challenges in life.
1. Ketu in the 9th detaches you from your duties and all the fortunes of worldly life so its bad idea for him to be present, ketu may make you spiritual but it doesn't reward you like the 9th house lord.

Also- when does the dhan yoga show its effects ? During the dasa of 5th or 9th lord ? I am currently undergoing antardasha of 5th lord and lost everything I had...my house...savings... everything...during my divorce that happened in Jan 2013.
