Will Rahu situated in 10th house in aquarius act like yoga karaka if aspected by Jupiter,mars,Saturn for taurus ascendent?

no...the rahu-ketu become yogakaraka in following way..
1/if in kendra they must conjoin trikona lord..if rahu is in yuti than rahu becomes yoga karak...,if ketu than ketu...,results menifest in there MD....
2/if in trikona must conjoin a kendra lord..

In my kundali rahu present in 5th house(gemini) with sun (lord of 7th house). Is in this case also rahu becomes yoga karaka?

Rahu conjuncts Lagna lord & 4th lord (Mercury) in 11th house
Is Rahu yoga karaka in this case.

Without knowing the entire kundali it is very difficult to predict exactly. Howeven, with the given data, it can be said that Rahu is in 4th house(Taurus) conjuct with Jupiter, forming guru-chandal yoga, is quite comfortable. It is with Jup. who is lord of wealth (2nd House) & gains/ fulfillment of wishes, so the Rahu MD should be overall good from materialistic angle. Even though Rahu being a malefic, some ups and downs are inevitable in the Rahu MD of 18 years perticularly in Rahu-Moon and Rahu-Sun period.
