Bhav chart or Rashi chart for yogas

Sir,

I have mercury in 12 and mars in 6th with in rashi chart at less than 1degree. However in bhav chart they move one house back i.e mercury in 11th and mars in 5th. I have mercury dasha operating so will it give me effect of 11th house or 12th house. From rashi chart it gives vipreet raj yog whereas from bhav chart it shows dhan yog. Not sure if what is applicable here. Plus the planet in infancy indicate weak planets or do they grow by age. Please explain. Thanks

influence of other planets and position in divisional chart also important
