Could respected astrologers please tell that what does Moon being exalted in both Rasi and Navamsa and also being Vargottama mean for the native ?

@uspa; It denotes the dignity of the planet.It may mean mother/m-in -law will be better placed.Heart/chest may
be good.Good spirits the native may 've. Chances of vehicle owning? if sukra&guru lends support.
Finally it all depends its assocn./lordship/occupation/pakshabala/dasa/Bhukthi/nakshtra ruling etc.

This placement is in my kids chart. I am the mother. Jupiter is debilitated in 9th house and Venus is exalted in 11th with mars.
Does it mean good relationship/bonding with the mother ?
