Promotion or not??

Hi,
I am in confusion and looking for advice.
My details:
Oct 9 1974
Guntur
India
Time:12:50pm

Can I expect change in career before dec 2013?
Like promotion in the existing company?
Or going for a new job?

Already started to look in the same company but not sure if I am going to get it,
Gurujis please take a look at my chart and let me know.

If I am not going to get that promotion, I am thinking of changing To the new company.
Please let me know.

Btw, am going thru rahu sub period and I have been experienced such changes in other rahu periods.
Just not sure if my decision is going to be good one.
