Need help in understanding the situation and if any remedies please suggest

This person went thru heart surgery like couple of weeks back and he is on stunt now.
Now he is complaining about head ache and eye problems. He really don't say anything true to us even though he has lots going on. His wife wants to understand about his health and if she can do any remedies, please suggest.
Anything serious?

--he is running sa-ra period.
--Ra is malefic in Ketu's nakshtra and also seated in the 121th house of hospitalizations.
--shani in transit from the 10th house is in mutual aspect with biiter enemy natal Mars in the 4th house.....4th is the house that rules the heart.
natal Mars aspects the debilitated transitory mars whihc in turn is apsecting the transitors shani and transit shani aspects the transitory mars ( in addtiona to the natal mars)
the transit shani and Natal Mars are almost within 2 degree longtiude apart.....in mutual aspect...that is very close association..hence the results are severe.
--too many associations of shani and Mars under the operating period of shani and a highly malefic 12th house placed Rahu......caused the surgery and after effects.
--neverthless natal Mars is in swakshetra and Venus the natural benefic is in own house in the 10th cushioning the 4-10 axis throuhg it's presence and aspect.
---whihc means he will recover.....recovers will be fast after the first week of Oct when Mars moves to Leo.
Until then prayers dedciated to Lord hanumna daily, sindoor and mustrad oil on hanuman idols, read and listen to hanuman chalisa paaths.
--however visits to hospitals / doctors will continue until the end of Rahu antara in June 2015.....and ehnc eRahu mantra 108 times daily and offering oil on rahu idols on saturdays should be undertaken until the end of the Ra antara.
safe, good working health, but not perfect... but something or the otehr small / niggling health issues will trouble until mid June 2015

very clear explanation. Can I know where in transit Mars is now? You mentioned that Mars moves to Leo after the first week of Oct.
