A strong career D1 chart but a possibly weak D10 chart

Hi,

I wonder if someone can help me read my dasamsha and navamsha relevant to the career aspect of my life and also help verify whether my understanding of the D1 chart is correct?

My details are as follows.

Birth:13/08/1990
at Chandigarh at 22:12pm. I have also attached the birth chart, navamsha chart and dasamsha chart with this post.

-Iam currently undergoing rahu maha and antardasha which started from April 2013.
- Rahu is positioned in the 10th house of the lagna
- lord of 10th house in capricorn sign is Saturn
-Saturn is in 9th House positioned in the 2/12 position which is unfavourable.
- Sun, the karka of career is in 4th house which aspects the 10th house which is good.
-Moreover Rahu is in sign of Capricorn in D1 and sign of Taurus in D9 chart. Hence it is exhalted in D9 chart.

->SO MY FIRST 2 QUESTIONS USING THIS ANALYSIS IS:
i. Sun though is in 4th house aspecting the rahu in 10th, however Sun is in Cancer which I think is not a friendly sign for sun to be in, Yet do you think that sun's aspect on Rahu will be favourable?
ii. Howmuch emphasis should I give n the unfavourable position of the saturn in light of the overall condition of my career horoscope in Birthchart.

->MY OTHER QUESTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Since I am not yet an expert in reading the navamsha and dasamsha chart can someone help me read these in respect to my career. From general websites I understand that kendra positions of dasamsha chart are powerful. I have Saturn (lord of 10th house in D1) in 4th and Sun in 7th kendra. They are both malefi planets in kendra, so how would these affect the success of my career. Moreover all my good planets eg Jupiter, venus are in 12th house. With limited knowledge I feel my dasamsha chart is weak. But can someone please give me an opinion.
