Will I settle abroad permanently or on a long term basis?

My DOB is 29-5-1995.Time:6 32 AM.Place:Mumbai.I just wanted to know if abroad settlement in possible for me or not?Going to UK for studies this year so just wanted to know if I will come back if I graduate or will I be settled there?
