Venus is in 12th with rahu..it seems u r quite good looking....but u r manglic from moon...also mars saturn combo in 9th is not good..but there is a great rajyoga of parivartana yoga of mars and jupiter in your chart is very good...venus in 12 being the 7th lord indicate that your partner will come from outside of your birth place...but 7th house and 8th from moon is not that aflicted to produce a foreigner.....he will be from ordinary family and ok looks and relationship will be also normal...

First of all sun neech in 7th house and venus neech in 6th have delayed your marriage
Another reason is saturn and venus is in tight conjuction...
Which also delays marriage....
But parivartana yoga bet'n venus and mercury is a bad thing here...u see as u r a aries ascendent...venus in 6/ and mercury in 7 will produce lot's of conflicts and doldrums in marriage...also venus and saturn is your L-2+L-11 and this combo is agreat dhan yoga but in house of depts and conflicts is not good...especially this comming saturn MD will be stiff in terms of money matters..
