Conjunction of Sun with Mars shows good relation & support from father. 10L Sun in 8H shows father would be related to some public organisations or goverment service, also their may be some unearned wealth/pension for father through/after career.
Strong chances are there for inheritances to native.

Comet Shoemaker–Levy 9 was a comet that broke apart and collided with Jupiter in July 1994, providing the first direct observation of an extraterrestrial collision of Solar System objects. Shoemaker-Levy 9 was the ninth comet discovered by Gene shoemaker.
Strangely not too many attempts at deciphering either charts 
Wasn't the case sometime back on LOVA.
