First of all you have to try for 1 year naturally and then have to go to a fertility centre...
In this one year...u can use ovulation prediction kits and all ..after one year you go straight to a fertility center..not to a gynecologist..There they will do several tests and prescribe required medicine..and figure out exactly what problem u have...
While doing all these things u can also take the advice of learned astrologers...and follow remedies...

Jupiter(karaka for children) is a little weak in your chart(aspected by all 3 malefics) and hence there is some delay. There is a jupiter transit from Gemini to Cancer(move from 6th house from Moon to 7th house) which happens beginning of July 2013. [This Jupiter transit is as per Tropical Ayanamsa and not per Lahiri]. There is a good chance you will conceive after July and will deliver during the promsing Ra-Me period starting in Feb 2014.
