can neechbhang depo. cause neechbhang of another planet?

to all the respected seers,

can a neechbhang planet cause the neechbang of another planet? For eg. for the following chart:-
DOB--25-10-2004
TOB--12:53 PM
POB--Dehradun
SEX--male

In the natal chart VE in the 9th house is neechbhang due to (1) the placement of its depositer ME in Kendra from lagna and (2) placement of its exalted rashi depositer in kendra form moon and being conjun. with it .

Now this neechbhang VE, which is the depositer of neech SU in the 10th house, is placed in kendra from moon and secondly the lord of exaltation rashi of SU i;e MA is also placed in kendra from moon . Would that lead to the neechbhang of SU?

I've also read that neechbhang does not mean exaltation, it is merely like giving a lame person a stick to walk with; but then why it is termed as Rajayoga?

I request experts to pls reply since it is the chart of my child and I'm worried about the presence of balarisht yoga if any present in the chart although I'm aware that SA, the lagnesh is quite strong being vargottam aspecting its own house, the lagna as well as the 10th house and 4th house, and sarvashtakvarg bidus also being quite strong of 7th and 8th house, so as to cancel the balarisht yoga if any.

Please give your analysis.pls see navamsa too

Dear, There is a exchange of 9L and 10L a number one rajyoga, venus has also improved in D-9.Laggna lord is not only digbali but vargottama also,aspecting the lagna. Lagna is also aspected by the most benefic planet, though it is a functional malefic for this lagna. Please do not apply you astrological knowledge on the chart of your family members. Atleast see 1500 charts and then you can think to do so. Neem hakim khatra e jaan. There are other rajyoga in the chart. sunil dutt

i have a question too for scorpio ascendant.


mars, the lagna lord is with saturn in ninth house cancer and hence
it is debilitated.

other lord of scorpio,ketu, is in sixth house aries.

but the lord of cancer ,moon,is vargottama and very strong.

what does this mean ? is this debilitation cancelled or maybe will
better results due to vargottam status of moon as well as debilitation
happening in the ninht house?

dear vairagya,
you didn't mention as to where is moon i,e the depositer is posited because the most essential condition for a full fledged neechbhanga is associated with the position of depositer of the planet with respect to lagna and /or moon. Being just vargottam without a good position like 2,3,6,8 or 12 from lagna/moon would not cause neechbhanga.
moreover nodes are not considered as depositors in neechbhanga.

jupiter fourth house aquarius
ninth house cancer has mars and saturn
moon and venus in virgo sixth house
sun is in sagitarrius -2nd house
and 12th has rahu

the moon in virgo in D-1 chart in fourth house(gemini ascendant)

I don't think mars is getting neechbhanga here. Moon is strong but MA dosen't get neechbhanga.
