Regarding the D10 chart everyone says to observe The Lord of the 10th house and 10th house. Firstly does one take exhalation and debilitation in account of planets in divisional charts?
D10 chart How would one interpret the Lord of the 10th house sitting exalted in the 10th house itself with Rahu ( budh sitting in Kanya with Rahu) and the LL of D10 sitting in the 11th house with moon and debilitied Sun. (Jupiter sitting the 11th house libra with sun and moon)
And would we look at other houses in D10 chart for profession.

To analyse this chart we would also have to look at Rasi chart and strength of the planet in Navamsa.
In Rasi chart too budh is The Lord of the 10th house Gemini.
In the Rasi chart Rahu is sitting alone in 10th house Gemini.
Lord of 10th house Budh is sitting in 4th house Kendra itself but with Ketu.
And Budh is vargottam.
Can one now throw light on the professional aspect.
