@rainraring; Deb/exalt/vargottham/MT etc are just indices of a planet's dignity.A person will see its
effect only if a planet is in its asterism/none in its star.

@rainraring ; It is like the status of a person.A good benefic deb.in its own asterism etc will not be able to perform to its full potential.Supposing it has to do harm,polishedly it will do.But malefics in deb.make the life miserable as per classics.Conjn.of deb.ashuba with a exal.shuba weakens the shuba enriching ashuba's positive
side while the reverse conjn.robs the positives of shuba further.
