He does have Adhi yoga, and his chart from Moon lagna is a different story.
His Jupiter might be debilitated in D9 but it is with Shani in own sign and Mars which is exalted. In D9, Sun is strong and so is Venus.
Also D10 shows Mercury/Jupiter exchange, a strong Venus and Saturn.
Libra lagna would have made more sense to me, because with Scorpio as lagna, LL is in 8th and very weak in shadbala.
As to accessing the throne, keep in mind that he is only 3rd in line...

i request all the expert to shift the time of birth by 15 min before and then see the chart...in britain they write the time,when they fill the birth certificate...so plz look the results...

@lilly: did u take BST? It is GMT +1, also make sure the location is London, get the right coordinates, a small difference shifts the lagna.

You know, I was very excited to look at the little prince's chart and discuss it with people..even talked about the chart a bit.
But then I thought to myself...I know for sure it's unethical to analyse a newborn's chart (unless we're trying to check health issues)...and it's so funny how all of us kept this point aside and pounced on the chart like hungry leopards..lol. Lets let the little one breathe first.
Just coz the chart comes with a royal tag doesn't mean we should forget that it belongs to a baby. All the hype and expectations have already overburdened the delicate shoulders of the child...let him enjoy his childhood.
But then I thought to myself...I know for sure it's unethical to analyse a newborn's chart (unless we're trying to check health issues)...and it's so funny how all of us kept this point aside and pounced on the chart like hungry leopards..lol. Lets let the little one breathe first.

You are right. I too have this conflicted feeling. I like seeing the happy family and not want to see the chart and find something untoward in it. However, the baby is a prince and not an ordinary person. He has a potential to influence a lot of people just because of his birth. Rest of us have to earn that potential for governing other people from our own efforts as adults. But, his potential (and duty) is starting from the birth. Based on this rationale, jyotishis used to analyse any royal birth chart right away. This is seen when listening to Ramayana or Mahabharatha. Lord Rama's chart is done right after the birth. So are the predictions done for Yudhistara and Suyodhana as soon as they were born.
So, learned astrologers may venture to make predictions even for the baby if the birth is in the royal lineage.

Royal births are not the same as ordinary.
You do not check dasavarga bala of planets for royals/kings/leaders. You check shodashavarga.
Royal horoscopy has different rules...
George Alexander Louis , His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge is no ordinary human.
His is third in line to throne so he has his grandfather and father only ahead of him.
Chances of being crowned 70 yrs from now are not unrealistic.
The reason that I started this thread was to find out why a bonafide royal's chart does not look or feel like a royal chart.
Royal chart can be weak too...they can have flaws.
I still have not received a good answer as to what in this chart shows blue blood?
Three planets in 8H in Rahu's nakshatra point to legacy/in-heritance and old karmic connections.
Ra in its own sign is in a different plane.
This chart when viewed from Moon and Arudha lagna reveals a different picture.
Sun is well placed in D1, D9 and D10.

You are absolutely correct particularly for Royal/ king/monarch .... the chart has to be analysed with Rasi navamsa and the particular shodasa varga chart in reference to them. I appreciate your vedic knowledge and your teacher too.
My paternal grandfather once told me.... in his era when there is need to caste a royal chart in emergency, only royal court astrologer is permitted to do so, other astrologer will not interfere nor speak against as it amounts to Royal curse... which is deadliest after divine curse. Now, with advent of computers, books on astrology available freely, through internet.. Rahus are playing on Sun (Royal horoscope)

Let god's and royal curse need not be invited by casting a newborn baby's chart online on the medium. Let Royal people have their privacy too.... and pray for the royal baby for a happy growth and nourishment from his Mom and Dad
