Dear joga...
The 6/8/12 house lord must not be considered always bad...some times they also share a important house as for kanya ascendent saturn share 5&6,in aries jupiter share 9/12,similarly for gemini ascendent venus share 12/5 &saturn hold 8/9...also this lord hold some good side like 6th lord also represent mother's relatives own health,etc,8th lord holds wife's family,longetivity of native and inheritance..,12th lord hold's father's relatives,foreign connections etc..so the dustana house lord must not be neecha nor uccha in horuscope they should be medium in power..

See why don't we say that it should have any benefic influence of planets? Why?
Benefic planets for eg Moon. If it placed in the 6th house your charm,your attraction will make your own hidden enemies. Many opposition will be there.
Whereas why rahu is considered as Mool trikona here?
Rahu will defeat every enemy here. Yes native will also be full of enemies but atlast they wll be defeated.You will achieve success wherever you go.
and thats the same with 8th,12th house! But 8th house is kinda different. If 8th house has benefic influence you can surely win a lottery or something in 8th house planet Dasha.

Now lets take a example...let aries be a ascendent...
Mercury in 6th will also give VRY and also in 12th house., if he will be in 12th house than he will be neecha...and thus form a weak vry.....,in 12 he will make bond with siblings weak or siblings may be settled in foreign..,but being neecha and as he is 3rd lord courage suffers!!..he will be coward!!,but being 6th lord also adversly effect his health!,and no troubles from enemies..
Now if mercury be in 6th...exalted a vry will arise..powerful..,adverse effects will be that in mercury periods..siblings can be act like enemies...,enemies will be powerful..and as 3rd lord is exalted..he will be brave..,and health will be good!!. Thus i always say that dustana lords must not be too powerful nor too weak..

Here is the birth details of my friend. In the chart 8th house lord exalted, he has a sturdy physique with great health. Hope you have some thoughts on this chart. Interestingly Lagna lord is debilitated , but no signs of weak health.

It was an intresting indeed..thus fellow is lucky..L-9 in 1st house..,but u see jupiter is getting partial neecha bhang..,moon is with jupiter.,also in 1st house the house of physique..,there is a uccha venus...beautiful body+ karak of 1st house mars who show muscular strength...also venus +mars is a sexy combo and also in 1st house show good body...attrractive..but venus as lord of 3rd and 8th is a malific for pices ascendent...not good..
Also neecha jupiter is aspected by his lord from 9th house..
