Nazhigai to time

my birth horoscope was written in old tamil nazhigai method. can anybody help me to convert nazhigai to time?

pooradam nakshtram nazhigai 24.00 vinadi 30
soolam yogam nazhigai 14.00 vinadi
karanam nazhigai 10.00 vinadi 25
sooriya udhaya nazhigai 3.00 vinadi 35

Thank you Shrikanth for your reply. but the time is not correct. somewhere i read, i should add 18 1/2 nazhigai plus sooriya udhaya nazhigai . Do you have any idea about 18.5 nazhigai? here i copied message from other board for ref.

From the data it is seen that the horoscope is written in
Tamizh. Usually birth time is given as Udhayahi nazhigzi. I think the
time Udhayathi nazhigai 46 N--15 Vi ( if birth time ) then by adding
18 1/2 to sun rise on that day you get the birth time.Assuming 6.-00
am as sun rise your birth time should be after midnight 00-30 Am .

In timizh we write the time elapsed as "cellu poka" you must have
written this in english as cell---

Then your cell--3N --44V means so much time has passed at the time.
But to which it refers Time elapsed on the day. or gathis passed on
the duration of star for the day.There is some thing missing in your
message

With the above explanation please read the horoscope text again You
may understand

if still in doudt please give full transliterated version of the
text of the horoscope. Then it will be easy to clarify.

for your reply, from plam leaf i can read pagal maney 3635, then surya udhayadhi nazhigai 3 vindai 37,

THis Udhayadhi Nazhigai is 46 N 15 ViN. i found from indiadivine.org

ketu- Fifth house (cancer)
Sun,mercury, Jupiter & venus - Nineth house ( scorpio)
Moon - Tenth house ( sagittarius)
Rahu - Eleventh house ( capricorn)
Mars - Twelth house ( Aquarius)

Jupiter & mercury in Capricon navamsa in Lagna
Venus & saturn in Aquaius navamsa
Mars in pisces navamsa
Rahu in taurus navamsa
Sun in Leo navamsa
Moon & ketu in scorpio navamsa.

I am sure , my lagna is pisces,

unless you have vakya horoscope software, you can't find exact time.

I found my correct birth time, it is 3.35 pm, was written in horoscope, based on vakyam, lagna is pisces,
according to Jhora, lagna is Aries. which one will be correct?
