there might be nbry in your kundali but the neech bhanga of sun is impossible as venus is also debiliated.
venus nrby could be possible as mercury is in the lagna.

Even i have venus debiliated venus in my chart, i am not sure if it is causing neech bhang being with Mercury in Virgo, which is combust and retrograde.
