Conjuntion of Jupiter ,venus and saturn in 11th house(virgo

Dear All

i came across a chart in which jupiter ,venus and saturn are placed in 11th

house which is virgo.

can anyone pl clarify abt the result of thisl ?

In saravali it is mentioned that combination of the above is very auspicious.

But placement of debilitated Venus in Virgo weakens this ?

Another point is the ascendant is scorpio , for which venus and saturn are malefics , jupitor is auspicious.

i request you please reply for this , as i am just a beginner in astrology.
