Just stumbled upon the horoscope of ex miss India (2nd runner up), Hasleen Kaur. She is a good friend since we have done our PG together. She had shared her birth details while she was in college in 2009. She was only doing print modelling at that time and had done a blink and you miss role in the movie 'Love Aaj Kal'. Soon after leaving college she took part in the Miss India contest and walked away with the 2nd runner up crown.She then became a force to reckon with in the fashion/ramp circles and has now landed up a debut role in Suneel Darshan's next movie (also the launch pad of his son).
The most striking feature is the debilition of the lords of 3rd, 6th and 8th houses and the placement of Ketu and Sun in the 6th and 8th house respectively. There are multiple vipareet rajyogas in operation in this horoscope. Venus, though debilited gets neech bhanga by being conjunct with an exalted mercury in a kendra (7th house). Moreover , this Me-Ve conjunction receives the aspect of super auspicious Jupiter, luck lord mars and 11th lord saturn. Jupiter also aspects the 9th house of luck. You are right...i think i made a mistake while feeding the birth details in the software...i had put the birth date as 31/10/88 by mistake.
An even more interesting pattern emerges from this chart. Even the 5th lord moon gets debilited but in the auspicious 9th house and gets a mutual aspect from the lagna lord Jupiter forming a nice gaj kesari yoga. However, the moon is hemmed between malefics and is quite low in paksha bala since it is too close to sun. What amazes me is that she still comes across as a very calm, confident, grounded and strong willed person which is a bit of surprise, given the condition of moon.It seems Jupiter's aspect on moon is having the final say...good for her.

--she has venus, sun and Moon debilitated in the 7, 8 and 9 houses....whihc lord houses 5, 3, 8, 6....and if you include their aspects pretty much entire chart is under the effect of debilitated planets.

I had remarked a few times before....the ones either in performing fields and the ones born lucky( like Ratan Tata's case discussed a few weeks back).....have to be seen from Navamsa.
Such natives have a very strong influence of destined ( or pre-destined and Karmik events) and relatively less free-will.
--moving the time forward by 6 minutes and 30 seconds...the navamsa lagna chages to saggitarius with lagna and 10th lord Jup in swakshetra...amplified in affect by conjunction with rahu...and creating a vargottama for lagna.
--and look at the dasamsa.....10th Lord is in exaltation. The Rahu, Mars and Juputer anatras will be good, excellent and golden periods of her life.....if the above analysis and birth time hold goods.
A Destiny's child floating on the ocean with little control.....successful as her creative / public life might be......a rather limited / hollow personal life it might turn out to be.

I believe... One with a weak Rasi chart and a strong navamsa chart is likely to be more predestined and less free will.
In many other cases the chart when reckoned from moon lagna....and the lunar Yogas are also indicative of the fated / predestined components in a native's life.

This chart also reminds me of Virat Kohli's chart....he has played club and Delhi cricket with my cousin brother for 8 years and even his rise has been phenomenal. Though I am yet to get his exact birth date but his DOB mentioned on the internet is correct - 5/nov/88. The dignity of planets in his horoscope is also not that great either ,quite similar to the horoscope of Hasleen Kaur.
I think Vipareet rajyogas have played an active part in his rise as well.....i have seen his rise from close quarters year after year. I have no qualms in saying that though he has considerable talent he has been incredibly lucky to reach the position he is in today.

When a person has 3 vargottam planets, 2 swas , one exalted and one pushkarnavamsa (exalted house) is it a blessing? Where AK is swa in lagna.

I am not understanding how there are many Vipareet raja yogas in the chart. I can see only one in it: 6th lord Sun in the 8th house.

I understand the logic for that as 8th lord debiliated is supposed to be good, but her 8th lord is not just debiliated, it is badly afflicted by 2 malefics, Saturn and Mars. Do you think it makes sense that the sub-period of a badly afflicted 8th lord gave her so much success? I am somehow not being able to digest it. I am also wondering how the major period of Mercury, which is in the 8th house turned out to be helpful? Would be glad if you share your thoughts on these points.

Oh okay. Please check the d-9 chart and see, there is nothing spectacular in it to give her such fame and success. If the time of d-9 chart is changed a bit, as Shilpa ji has done, it's a little better, but it doesn't justify her success, I feel.

Yes, xxyyzz, that's precisely the point I was trying to make. I am not seeing anything good in the chart to give her the success that she has got. There are one or two good points in the chart, but then, nothing spectacular. If you see the planetary period in which she got success, it's of Mercury-Venus. Mercury is the 4th and 7th lord in the 8th house, and Venus is the afflicted 8th lord in the 7th house. I am not sure how they can give success. It really doesn't make sense as far as I am seeing it.
