hi dinesh thank you so much you just gave so much confidence wit tis mail. i met this builder last evening and i proposed for 2 flats in the same building complex and i quoted a rate , in the beginning of discussion he was very positive but slowly he tried to negotiate wit me on one flat with high rate and i ended saying him no. while going he took my contact number please tell me if you can help me with the result of this dealing. this is on a prime location and with this 2 flats i will make huge profit, or may be i will enter a business of real estate if i manage to get this 2 flat. please tell what will be immediate out come of my meeting with him.
