business prospects

HI,
i started my recruitment business in 2007 and right now my business is getting very poor day by day.
what is happening in my business, source of income is like no where.
am in a process to startup something new or this business will continue. i am also looking into investment in property business and making some quick money but no one replying me, things are slow.
i had my younger bro wit me since last 5 ,6 years who use to support little but some how whole family tried to cheat me and i had to ask him to go and i took over entire money in aug 2012. since then business became very slow.

i know i will kick forward very fast but when everything will get fix , i am very confident person but nothing is working to kick for a start again.i am doing so many things but nothing is reverting back the way it use to be.

I started in may 1st week of 2007 and since last 2 years it got very slow and now its like very very slow. i am thinking to invest in property and yesterday i had a meeting with builder and i am waiting for his call.
can you put some light into this as in where i am going forward.
