Hi,
Coming anthardasas say that he may not return now but has to face some troubles in the abroad,will look for change of job next month which will be fruitfull.There are four planets in eighth house in dasamamsa,I suggest him to sustain the job there in current organisation if possible bcoz he has to look for change again in next year during mercury anthardasa which strongly shows change of job.

There is a chance that he may look for a job in current place after april 2014 for growth,if he tries to shift to other place also it should be near to the current one,may be singapore.
