My Chart is with uniquely placed Mercury in Trine blessing good yoga, Saturn and Venus combination in 8th and operation of two good periods in lifetime and 5 well dignified (Vargottama) planets and outstanding Mars...
After commencement of Saturn period in Aug 2011, I got 3 Central Government jobs...
already working in 1st job from Feb 2012 and now joined in second one from Feb 2013....
Recently selected as "Central Excise Inspector" for life long home state posting....
As far as my knowledge is concerned.... for my chart Saturn will give average results in his own sub period that too specially as a 9th lord in 1st one and half year.... i suffered with many problems in my 1st job, where i posted at Mumbai.. now working in 2nd job and cool...
Though very happy to get CX Inspector in home state.. i am looking to start my preparation towards Civil Services.. and want to give 3 attempts in (2013/2014), 2015 and 2016...
Experts may kindly analyze my horoscope chart and give some conclusion regarding same..
As my 7th lord is too much strong... kindly take a look at my Fiancee's chart before judging my career..

You can take the new Job as CXI ..You are not suitable for Civil Services Examination as Sun is poorly placed.

Weak position of Sun does not matter to clear Civils... of course Sun is not weak here!!!!

Govt. job even Civil Services and strong position in politics can be possible irrespective of position of Sun or any other particular planet...
Only thing is... you required to have 2 or 3 strong trine or Angle lords (Provides Trine lords are Natural Benefics and Angle lords are Natural Malefics) and operation of at least one good strong period in life... that is enough....

mahatma gandhi, narendra modi, Tony Blair, George Bush, vladimir Putin, v.p singh and many more have

Sun in 12th house for Aries, Sagittarius ascendants is good...... for remaining Ascendants it may not give desired results.. Though the people you mentioned are from different Ascendants.. they came to this position because of some other planets...!!!

sorry for late reply..
i don't have internet connection from few days.. my lappy not working properly...
In your chart Jupiter is good.. he is enough strong in 1st degree...
Notable thing is your Mars period is not considered to be good as he is with Venus...
your present Sun period is also not considered to be good as he is having Mercuries influence on him...
As two average periods operating in your life...
You may work in private service or you may work in a Govt. job where public power and influence and position are very limited..... means low level job with less promotions......

I asked for experts opinion.. I was looking for opinion of a person where one can look into all aspects of chart and can assess the cumulative strength of planets and give good suggestion.....
I mentioned that i got 3 Central Govt. jobs.. if i didn't mentioned the same and asked "will i get Govt job" then one can say that you can't because of 8th Sun
so i request you to kindly consider aspects of all the planets and judge about the result..
Here my Saturn is in 8th house... Saturn in 8th house for Taurus Ascendant Considered to be very good position and he will give good results.... The association of Venus or Mercury for him is considered to be very good....
How ever the other side Sun is also there... he is hemmed between Sun and Venus in his Chart... If Sun is not with Saturn.. i should have cleared Civils in Sat - Sat it self....
We can say Saturn period give good results.. if Saturn is highly influenced by Venus than Sun..
