Some planets are weak in his chart. Though planets are placed in good houses , they are weak in strength to deliver any good results. Mercury is placed in 9th house is a good sign but Mars 12th house lord is in conjunction with mercury and ketu also being there is a minus. Business is quite difficult for him . Better he can do job.
If at all he wants to do Business, he must wear Emerald Gemstone and try his luck.
