The house is a rented one but a luxury apartment in U S.
And my lagna is libra with moon in cancer and lagna lord venus placed in Tauraus .
I m giving this information just to know if there is any relation between planets transisting to libra and my relocation

Looks like exalted Saturn has been very benefic for you after it came out of combustion range on 12th of Nov. Where are your Saturn and Rahu in Lagna chart? What's your Mahadasha combination running?

Your Rahu-Saturn will give good effect in Libra transit, so financial aspects should be good.
You are very fortunate that you are running the Mahadasha of you Lagna Lord. Your Moon in its own house in 10th has brought you to a well-off station in life. Your Lagna is helped by Saturn's aspect and now exalted Saturn empowered by Rahu will be even more benefic for you.
Your aunt and niece died because of combinations in their own charts, not because of your chart. So, you should not take it upon yourself.
Venus will give you the luxuries you have described, helped by an unafflicted and powerful Moon. But health problems because of Venus in her own sign in 8th cannot be ruled out. Pray to Vishnu-Lakshmi daily. Fast every Purnima if possible.

Knowingly or unknowingly I was given a Mahalakshmi statue and a Ganesha statue by my MIl while coming to U S and I pray to goddess Mahalakshmi and lord Ganesha.

There are a few more similarities in our charts. My Saturn and Jupiter are in the 11th house, like in your chart, and I am also running the period of Venus, like you, though for me it started long back—in 1996. I can understand when you say that you find it difficult—it has been the same for me, though I have not had anything good in its period like you have got.

Malavya and Ruchaka Mahapurusha Yogas, Chandra-Mangala Yoga, Gaja Kesari Yoga, Moon the 10th lord strong in its own house, benefic Rahu in 5th. And exalted Saturn in Libra in current transit, with Mars exalted in current transit as well.
Debiliated Saturn can't counter all the positives in the chart, I agree. I was just trying to find a reason why the chart is not giving the promised results as otherwise one has no option but to start doubting astrology itself.

I had a look at your chart. You are running Venus-Sun and your Sun is exalted in 7th. I can't find any major problems in your chart except Venus in 8th. Sp, pray to Ganesh-Lakshmi-Vishnu and fast every Purnima if possible.

Ok, here is what I think -
look at Venus - it is in Sandhi at 0 degree in Lagna - thus weakening the Lagna and making Malvya Mahapurusha Yoga non-functional.
Mars receives an aspect from debilitated Saturn, who also receives aspect from Mars - this reduces the power of Ruchaka Mahapurusha Yoga and makes Saturn more afflicted.
You are right that Yogakaraka Saturn is dbilitated, hence no marriage and considerable reduction in growth of Lagna - add to it Lagna Lord Venus in Sandhi in Lagna.
Jupiter in Libra is actually not very powerful. So, Gaja Kesari Yoga is of mediocre variety.
But there is also another aspect to consider - So far he has been running the Mahadasha of weak, malefic or afflicted planets - Saturn, Mercury, Ketu. I think Venus Mahadasha will be better than previous 3 Mahadashas, but still average, as Venus is weak in Sandhi. His future Mahadashas - Sun, Moon, Mars, Rahu should be very good. This means a very good old age - when he will already pass the best years of his life.
So, he will get the benefic effects of all those Yogas in old age, while the earlier part of his life will show the effect of afflicted Saturn and weak Venus, Mercury and Ketu.
But perhaps it's a blessing to have a comfortable old age!

In addition to the points already mentioned by Saindhavi, I want to add:
Moon in Pushya is ruled by debilitated Saturn.
Moon in AL, but 10th from AL is deb Saturn. He might have good view of himself, but others view of him will that be of a deb Saturn. Moon is in pushkaramsa and gives a lot of peace of mind?
Sun is debilitated in Navamsa.
However, I am not sure if this person won't get married in future or be in a stable relationship. Saturn gets neechabanga with Mars exalted in Kendra to lagna and Moon. So, he might get out of the Saturn effects at an older age and have a stable long-term partner.
I don't know enough to predict anything , but I want to know if he learned about a betrayal or something of a shocking secret related to children/followers from female partners after Jan 11. He is running Venus/Rahu and transiting Rahu will cross his natal Venus.
Two of my friends lost their jobs. They are working in a very stable company, which doesn't fire anyone. Also Kingfisher also lost its license, I wonder if that's something to do with current transit.

We don't know the charts of your 2 friends, nor of the Kingfisher owner, so can't say anything. Kingfisher has been having problems since quite some time, so it seems more related to Saturn's transit, or could be related to Rahu in Scorpio and now in Sandhi. But without knowing the charts we can't say anything.

Yes, it could be because of Rahu in Sandi. In that case, your situation should improve after 11th of Jan, when Rahu moves out of Sandhi.
If it's something related to personal relationship, the situation may not reverse, as normally a relationship killed by Rahu doesn't revive again. But you may get a new relationship.
If the situation doesn't improve after 11th of Jan, you need to get your chart checked in detail, because then it would mean that your problem is not transit-related, but rather, related to some inherent problem in your chart.
Ok, what is the difference between benfics and malefics if both of them are good and do good to the native when well placed?
Rahu, well palced becomes a saint for the native and gives the native everything related to the house it's in ??!!
If so, why were some planets classified as malefics and some as benefics? Natural Malefics and benefics should not have existed..Only Functional malefics or benfics..Just look at individual charts and decide if a planet is malefic or benefic, right!!
Malefics are malefics for a reason.
However well they are placed, they do not lose their maleficity!
Also if the natal chart is good, then it will override the bad transits, and if a natal chart is bad, even the good transits won't be that good becuase they cannot override the natal chart.
So why even check transits?
